At ST. ALi, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns on equipment and non-perishable goods within 30 days of purchase.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or the reason for your return.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original packaging and send them back to our Melbourne warehouse using a tracked shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
